Returns Policy

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it to be eligible for a refund. We strongly suggest that you take a photo of the product before you return it in case it is damaged in transit on the way back to us.

You may return a product if-

  1. The product is damaged when you receive it.

  2. You have been sent the wrong product.

  3. You haven’t used the product and it is still how you received it.

  4. We accidentally sent you the wrong product.

Refunds: You will receive a refund on the product in full once it has been returned and we are satisfied that it complies with the returns policy. If we aren’t satisfied; then the item will be returned back to you as it is still your property.

Reasons for refusing a refund-

  1. You have used the product.

  2. You don’t like the scent, as scents are subjective (However you may exchange the product).

  3. The product is damaged but it wasn’t how you received it (you would need to take that up with your courier if it is damaged in transit on the way back to us).

Exchanges & Replacements: You may exchange a product for the same product, or a different product to the same value if-

  1. You received the product and it is damaged and you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund (this is subject to stock availability).

  2. The product is not what you expected and is not damaged.

  3. You accidentally ordered the wrong product.

You may replace a product instead of a refund if desired only if-

  1. The item is not damaged.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying for shipping, this will be refunded to you once we receive the items and we are satisfied they comply with the returns policy. If it does not comply with the returns policy, you will not be refunded for the shipping .

In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying for shipping if the reason for the return is- ” The product is not what you expected and is not damaged”, “You accidentally ordered the wrong product”, “You don’t like the scent” as these are not our responsibility.

We suggest that you return the product to us via a tracked service, as we are not responsible for products that go missing in transit.
